Today we go well beyond premium workspaces. Shoaib – Founder & CEO, Arabian Group
- Early Life & Background
Born and raised in Sargodha, Pakistan, Shoaib developed an early drive to build something meaningful. With a strong work ethic and a clear sense of purpose, he set his sights on one of the world’s most opportunity rich destinations Dubai.
- Moving to Dubai
In 2021, Shoaib made the bold decision to relocate to Dubai, arriving with determination and a vision to create a business that would genuinely serve the growing community of entrepreneurs and investors in the UAE market.
- Building Arabian Group
In 2022, he established his first Business Centre in Dubai, offering real hands-on support for company formation, documentation, and business needs. The model proved strong, and Arabian Group grew steadily to six Business Centres across Dubai, each reflecting the same commitment to quality that defined the very first one.
- Expanding the Vision
Shoaib expanded Arabian Group beyond business setup by integrating Amer Centre services, obtaining a Real Estate Management and Supervision Consultancy licence, and adding a full suite of financial services including accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and compliance advisory.
